Return Policy

Response Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for a response from our Customer Service team. Emails sent after 2pm on Fridays will be addressed the following Monday.
Return Method: Orders may be returned in-store or online with proper documentation for an online gift card or in-store credit, excluding original shipping costs, within 14 days of original purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," "SALE," collaborative collections, wholesale orders, and limited release items. This includes sale items, headwear, footwear/socks, stickers, accessories/facemasks, swimwear/bodysuits, and athleisure/leggings. Check individual product pages for non-returnable items.
Condition: Returns must include original documentation/receipts, tags intact, and items must not be damaged or worn. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please email info@beagoodperson.com with documentation for a proper replacement.

US Domestic Returns

Process: Use the Return Eligibility Form to start your return. 
Refund: You will receive an online gift card for store credit. Original shipping costs not included. 
Store Credit: You may use the gift card online or at our Flagship store at 1360 27th St, Denver, CO 80205.
Timing: Allow 5-7 business days for credit processing. A return shipping label will be provided upon item selection for return.

International Returns:

Process: Use the Return Eligibility Form to start your return. 
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Mail items to: BE A GOOD PERSON, 358 Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80223, USA.
Refund: You will receive an online gift card for store credit. Original shipping costs and customs charges not included.
Customs/Duties: Charges at checkout are non-refundable. Contact local carriers or customs for further processing of customs/duties charges.
