Online Return Policy
Please allow 24-48 hours for emailed response from our Customer Service team.
(Emails received after 2pm on Fridays will be answered on the following Monday)
- Online orders can be returned in-store, when accompanied by proper documentation, for an online gift card or in-store credit. Store credit excludes original shipping costs.
- Certain items are non-returnable: (Including but not limited to: “Final Sale” items, "SALE" items, collaborative collections, wholesale orders, and limited release collection items)
- Final Sale Items: include sale items, headwear, footwear/socks, stickers, accessories/facemasks, swimwear/bodysuits, athleisure/leggings or any other item with non-returnable listed on the individual product page
Note: Returns without proper documentation/receipts, tags intact and/or damaged or worn items cannot be accommodated. BE A GOOD PERSON does not accept any worn or damaged products for return.
*If you believe you may have received a defective item, please email us at info@beagoodperson.com with a documentation of the potentially defective item for proper replacement.
US Domestic Returns:

- For all US returns, patrons will receive an online gift card for the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus a $5 restocking fee. Original shipping costs are not included in the gift card credited amount. The online gift card can be used online or at our Flagship store located - 1360 27th St, Denver CO 80205.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for credit processing after return item(s) are received.
- You will be promoted to select your item(s) for return, generating a return shipping label that can be printed.

Due to shipping carrier restrictions, international return orders are not eligible for pre-paid return shipping. Patrons are responsible for return shipping costs for all international orders. Item(s) should be mailed back to:
