What is your online return policy?:

For your convenience, we offer patrons to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our RETURN POLICY for our full return policy. 

Do you accept exchanges?:

Yes, we do accept exchanges with proper documentation within 14 days of purchase. If we are out of stock of the desired garment you are wishing to exchange for, we will issue a store credit. If you would like to return an order, please visit our RETURN PAGE. 

Do you ship internationally?:

Yes, we ship internationally. Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to duties/customs fees. BE A GOOD PERSON is not responsible for duties or customs charges associated with international orders.

How long does shipping take?:

Please allow up to 1-3 days for processing. Standard shipping within the US typically takes between 7 and 10 business days.* You will receive tracking information via email during this time frame. 

International orders typically take 3-5 weeks for shipping and delivery, depending on the country and the customs associated. Due to our shipping partners limitations, we can only provide tracking while the order is in transit within the US. Once your package enters your country, please contact your local customs office or carrier for additional delivery information. *Please Note: All customs and/or duties charges paid up-front at the time of checkout are considered non-refundable. We recommend reaching out to local carriers or customs agencies to process further customs/duties charges.

How much does does shipping cost?:

All shipping costs are dependent on the size/weight of your order and its final destination/country. 

To predict shipping costs, add line items to your cart and proceed to first-steps of checkout, input your shipping information then hit “continue” for estimated costs prior to inputting payment info. What shipping carrier do you use?:

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via UPS.  International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail until they reach the order origin country and are taken over by customs and local carriers. 

What forms of payment do you accept?:

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, ApplyPay, PayPal, American Express and Discover.

Do you offer wholesale?:

Yes, if you are interested in wholesale orders or carrying our products in your own store please contact us at info@beagoodperson.com. Please include some information about your order requests, your store or company, and how you heard about us. 

Do you have a recommendation for sizing?:

Most of our sizing is in unisex, unless otherwise stated. For a more fitted piece, we recommend sizing down. Please refer to our SIZE GUIDE for additional information. 

Where are your products made?:

A majority of BAGP t-shirts are printed and designed in the USA. Select fabrics are produced in China and the USA. Additionally, select garments are assembled in China, Mexico, and Central America.

All of the factories that we work with are WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production) Certified. The objective of the Apparel Certification Program is to independently monitor and certify compliance with the following standards, ensuring that a given factory produces sewn goods under lawful, humane and ethical conditions.
